A design problem: closing the gap between research and practice.
Most research stops at publication. Most commercialisation ignores research. I founded Archeana because the gap between them is not inevitable. It is a design problem, and I set out to build the solution.

The governing framework
The framework is Orchestrated Determinism: a first-principles argument that founder intuition is not a necessary feature of B2B venture creation. Every phase gate, from problem discovery through customer retention, can be governed by pre-specified decision rules applied to structured evidence. Read the methodology note.
The Archeana Infrastructure is both a go-to-market pipeline and the empirical instrument that tests whether the claim holds. Deployment is research methodology: the pipeline is evaluated through its own operation.

Independent review
Three academic collaborators, covering psychometrics, information systems and decision science, must be identified before any instrument can go live.
