What this site collects

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Two features collect personal data, and only when you use them.

• Routing Diagnostic. Your email address, your four answers, the resulting pathway, the date, and the version of this notice you accepted. Lawful basis: your consent. Used to send you the result and to follow up on your enquiry. Answer data may be used, de-identified, in Archeana's research on routing.
• Programme updates. Your email address and consent record. Lawful basis: your consent, confirmed by a link we email you (double opt-in). Used only to send new research items. Every message contains an unsubscribe link.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by writing to [email protected]. Deletion requests are completed within 72 hours. If you are in the EU or UK, GDPR rights apply, and you may complain to your supervisory authority. If you are in India, this notice also serves as notice under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act.

Sharing and retention

Data is processed through Cloudflare (hosting) and Google Workspace (storage and email). It is shared across Archeana's other surfaces only where you use them with the same email address. Routing records are kept as long as the enquiry is active, then de-identified. Update-list records are kept until you unsubscribe.
