ORI-P: Perceived Operative Role Independence

ORI-P is the construct studied in programme P01 (Organisational Intelligence). It concerns how independent of an individual an operative role is perceived to be within an organisation.
It is measured through a structured diagnostic completed by the chief executive. The respondent's own lived experience of the governance structure is the evidence; the instrument does not infer it.
